At Loveit cakes we take pride in ensuring that we deliver you the best products we can.
We are a fully registered kitchen and have food handling certificates.
There are no cancelations on products from our Christmas collection so please sure of your order before purchasing!
If you have placed an order from our Christmas collection and our Christmas desserts and have picked a date other then the 24th to collect your order your Christmas collection items will be fulfilled on the date specified and your Christmas desserts will be ready for collection on the 24th. We will be in contact with you to specify a pick up time.
Any online orders cancelled within 3 weeks of pick up date will receive a store credit. Order cancellation within the a week will not be eligible for a store credit
Variations from pictured items
Product variation in colours and other decorations may also occur. We do our best to replicate our designs but each time we make an item it will slightly differ.
Once your cake has been picked up, please be careful. We are not liable for damage that may occur once it is in your care. If the damage can be repaired, there will be an additional fee.
If a cake has been delivered , any damaged once it has been handed over is not our responsibility. If you request an emergency call-out, we will do our best to restore the cake to its original presentation but a fee will occur.
Please do not store Fondant (rolled icing) cakes in the fridge. Store in a cool dry place.
Buttercream cakes should be stored in the fridge (in its box) as the icing will become soft especially on a warm day.
If your cake in on display please ensure it is out the elements (Sun & Rain) Failure to display the cake correctly may result in fading, colour bleeding, cracks or melting.
